How claims work
As an IAG-approved repairer we deal directly with NRMA, CGU, SGIO and most other insurers. You lodge the claim (or we help you), drop the car off, and we manage the assessment, authorisation and repair from there.
Remember you're generally free to choose your own repairer under Australian law — you don't have to use the insurer's preferred shop. Choosing us means genuine parts where possible, factory-standard repairs, and a lifetime workmanship warranty.
